Four things happen in order, start to finish in a couple of minutes.
1
Download the App
Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and search for the mobile app for your account. Links are provided below this lesson if you'd rather tap straight through.
2
Log In With Your Desktop Credentials
Use the exact same email and password you already use on desktop. Nothing new to set up. Forgot your password? Select Forgot Password, enter your email, and reset it right from your phone. Already sign in with Google on desktop? Select Sign in with Google here too.
3
Verify With a Security Code
The first time you sign in, you'll be sent a secure code, by email or text, your choice. This keeps your mobile access just as secure as your desktop. Enter the code and you're in.
4
Switch Accounts, If You Have More Than One
Running multiple locations or connected to more than one account? Tap the dropdown arrow at the top of the screen to switch between them. Most people only have one account and won't see this, and that's completely normal.

β‘ Tips
There's no separate setup for mobile, your desktop email and password work as-is.
Choose whichever way is easiest to get your security code, email or text, they both work the same.
If you sign in with Google on desktop, use that same option here, one tap and you're in.
Only worry about the account switcher if you actually manage more than one account or location.
Keep the app updated from your app store so you always have the latest features and fixes.

π± My On-the-Go Moments
You are a productivity consultant helping me figure out exactly when I'd actually reach for a mobile business app during my week.
My context:
- My role and how my week typically moves (mostly at a desk, mostly out and about, a mix): [describe]
- The moments I most often think "I wish I could just handle this from my phone": [describe 2-3]
Give me:
- 3 specific real-life moments this week where having mobile access would have saved me time
- For each one, what I'd actually do on my phone in that moment (reply, confirm, invoice, add a contact)
- One habit to build so I actually reach for the app instead of thinking "I'll deal with it later"
Finish by asking me: "Which of these three moments happens to you most often? Tell me and I will help you build a habit around it specifically."
π My Mobile Login Cheat Sheet
You are a calm, practical tech-support consultant helping me write myself a one-line reference so I never get stuck logging into a business app on my phone.
My context:
- How I normally sign in on desktop (email and password, or Sign in with Google): [describe]
- Where I'd actually want to save this note (Notes app, a sticky note, my password manager): [describe]
Give me:
- A short one-line reminder of exactly how I sign in, worded so future-me understands it in five seconds
- One line on what to do the moment I get a security code prompt
- One line on what to do if I ever get logged out or forget my password
Finish by asking me: "Where do you want to save this note so you'll actually see it next time you're stuck? Tell me and I will format it to fit there."
You're logged in and ready to go. Next, let's get into the conversations inbox so you can reply to leads and customers fast, right from your phone.
